GEORGE PAZOS, MD
Dr. George Pazos graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors and received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland - the nation’s only military medical school. He was a resident in General Surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital (“the President’s Hospital”) and then served as a Naval Flight Surgeon providing complete medical care for Marine Corps helicopter pilots, Navy F-18 fighter pilots, and was NASA –trained to provide medical back-up during Shuttle Operations. Dr. Pazos then completed his residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he underwent training in state of the art treatments and surgical techniques exclusively for disorders of the head and neck. Dr. Pazos served as chief resident in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Dr. Pazos was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal, two awards of the Navy Commendation Medal, for his exemplary care of our nation’s military servicemen and their families, as well as the Army Commendation Medal for his care of the wounded from the second Gulf War. Dr. Pazos was Chief of the Otolaryngology – Facial Plastic Surgery Department at Groton Naval Base, Connecticut. He holds an honorable discharge with the rank of Commander from the United States Navy.
Dr. Pazos was elected to Who’s Who in Medicine and Surgery and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery., the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Medical Association, and he is a diplomat for the American Board of Otolaryngology.
JEFFREY H. JABLON, MD, FACS

Dr. Jeffrey Jablon is board-certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery). He received his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of medicine in New York in 1989. He then completed both his surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Subsequently, he performed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California-Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.
Dr. Jablon completed four years of military service as a physician. He was Chief of the section of Otolaryngology-Facial Plastic Surgery at Hill Air Force base, Utah. He received a meritorious service medal and honorable discharge as a major from the United States Air Force.
Dr. Jablon’s scope of practice includes endoscopic sinus surgery with the latest techniques, including balloon sinuplasty and stereotactic navigation guidance surgery, snoring and obstructive sleep disorders, pediatric otolaryngology, and head & neck surgery. His special area of interest is in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Jablon performs both cosmetic procedures such as facelifts, eyelid tucks, and rhinoplasty, as well as, reconstructive surgery for patients with skin malignancies and facial deformities.
ROBERT A. GLAZER
Robert Glazer, Chief Executive Officer of ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA), is also the Vice-President of OASIS. At ENTA, he is responsible for the day to day operations and focuses his attention on physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning of the organization. Mr. Glazer is an ad-hoc member of all Board Committees and reports directly to the President of the group. Mr. Glazer joined ENT and Allergy Associates in December, 1997 and has over twenty five years of healthcare administrative experience in financial operations, operations, managed care contracting, physician recruitment and healthcare marketing. He was the past President of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and has served on ad-hoc committees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS).
Prior to joining ENTA, Mr. Glazer worked as a hospital administrator at New York University Medical Center (1976-1985) where he was a Departmental Controller, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center (1985-1993) where he served as the Treasurer, New York United Medical Center (1993-1996) where he was the Senior Director of Finance and Business Development. Mr. Glazer transitioned to physician practice management in 1996 where he was the Vice President of Administration for ProHealth Associates, a multi-specialty sports medicine practice in Long Island.

Arthur Schwacke, Chief Financial Officer of both OASIS and ENTA, joined ENT and Allergy Associates in October 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schwacke was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Healix Healthcare, Inc. a privately held home healthcare company from December 1995 through September 1998. Mr. Schwacke obtained over $4.0 million in financing for this start up company and engineered the merger of the Company into Accuhealth, Inc., a publicly traded home health concern in April 1998.
Mr. Schwacke began his healthcare career in 1989 with Continental Health Affiliates, Inc., a publicly traded home healthcare and nursing home management company where he served as Controller until December 1995. Mr. Schwacke began his career in 1978 with the accounting firm of Wiss and Company, and held senior level accounting positions in the broadcasting and cable television, construction and consumer products industries. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and a Certified Public Accountant.
